The kitchen and dining are open to the large living room with leather couch, comfortable arm chairs, and floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace (wood-burning with a gas starter).
Large glass doors lead from the living room to the back deck. There is a gas barbeque on the patio with a gas line - no tanks to refill!
There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms downstairs. This includes the master suite (with desk/office area, large walk-in closet, flat screen TV, and attached master bath with dual vanities and marble countertops) and a second bedroom (with a twin bed and full size crib).
Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms (one with a king bed, walk-in closet and reading nook; the second with a queen size bed and attached "spare room" that has its own twin bed - perfect for families), a large full bathroom, an open loft (fully child-proofed), and a den. The den is furnished with a large sectional couch that also pulls out to a comfortable queen-size bed (there's a thick memory foam topper to make it even more comfortable) and a large 46" flat-screen TV. You'll enjoy the DVD player, cable TV, and surround sound in the den.
The home has air conditioning, though usually open windows and ceiling fans are enough to keep it pleasant throughout the summer. There are ceiling fans in every bedroom, the living room, the loft, and the den. Wireless internet service is provided throughout the home. Shuffleboard table located in the loft!!
The home also features an attached two-car garage with handy utility sink as well as a full laundry room conveniently located off the kitchen. The laundry room has a large washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies (mid-stay cleaning service can also be arranged). High quality towels and linens are provided.
The home is also very family-friendly. Included are a full-size crib (with organic linens), a jogging stroller for two, a high chair, a booster seat, gates at top and bottom of stairs (which roll out of the way if you don't need them), a tricycle, and plenty of plastic plates and bowls.
