If you're looking for a true cabin experience without the feeling like you're staying in a rental, you've just found the place! The beautiful decor, soaring Tongue And Groove ceilings, tall windows, and stone fireplace truly make this a cozy cabin! Relax in the Living Room while watching TV or Netflix on the 50 inch Flat Screen above the stone fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen is tastefully remodeled with knotty Alder Wood cabinets, Granite counters, and "wood look" tile flooring. There's plenty of room at the Dining Table with seating for 6 or extra seating at the Granite Bar. The very spacious loft is the perfect place to relax while watching TV, Netflix, or a movie on the Blue Ray DVD player. Family and friends can have fun playing the Playstation 3 or one of the many board and card games available. And don't worry techies, this cabin is equipped with internet for all of your business needs. The cabin has 3 bedrooms with a comfortable King bed, Queen bed, and Bunk Beds with a full and twin. Our home does have a mobile AC upstairs and downstairs for your enjoyment, Plenty of ceiling fans and extra room fans are available for your comfort. NO PETS!!


Take advantage of the great outdoors! This cabin is located in the Pinetop Country Club on a 1/2 acre lot with an abundance of pine trees on a quiet street. Sit on the back patio while sipping wine and enjoying the views and fresh air, or take a nap on the cozy hammock. Cook some delicious BBQ on the large Weber grill with propane ready for your enjoyment. After lunch have fun playing horseshoes, darts, or Corn hole!

  The cabin was exactly as described, with the pictures depicting the cabin 💯 %. Lots of space for the entire family, with all amenities to make us feel at home. There was nothing lacking. Although we had taken food with us, we were able to cook a Christmas dinner for the family with ease in the cabin, including baking two cakes! The kids were in heaven with the loft, the video games and all the amenities. We felt like we were home.

  Gorgeous cabin! Great neighborhood and friendly Neighbors. Comfortable and cozy for the entire family including my new grandson who just started crawling. This cabin was very clean and stocked with everything you would find in your own home. I always bring my own Crock-Pot, electric mixer, and potato peeler among other select items I need to make it more of a vacation and less work for me, which the cabin has all of the above. It's even stocked with bakeware which was so convenient for us to make cupcakes for my daughter's birthday! The portable AC units and extra fans made it very comfortable in the 95 degree weather. Also overstocked with the greatest family games on the market! A million thanks to the owners and to the employees at Genesis real estate and development for meeting or every need and answering every question with a great attitude. By far the best rental experience I've ever had and the first place that I would consider going back to every year! Thank you again for some of the greatest memories we'll get to have with our kids.
